Australian Permanent Family Visas
Permanent Family visa's in Australia are available for a wide variety of people who have Australian family members, including parents, aged relatives, orphans, carers, children, and adoptees.
Parent Visas
The following permanent visas are available to the parents of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens.
If You Have Reached The Retirement Age
If you have reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following temporary Family Visas if you are inside of Australia.
the subclass 804 Aged Parent Residence visa (Onshore) (Permanent) visa
the subclass 864 Contributory Aged Parent Residence (Onshore) (Permanent) visa.
If You Have Not Reached The Retirement Age
If you have not reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following temporary Family Visas if you are inside of Australia.
the subclass 143 Contributory Parent Migrant (Onshore) (Permanent) visa,
the subclass 103 Parent Migrant (Onshore) (Permanent) visa.
Australian Permanent Relative Visas
The following permanent visas are available to the relatives of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens.
If You Have Reached The Retirement Age
If you have reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following permanent Relative Visas if you are inside of Australia.
Are you in Australia (Onshore)?
If you are outside of Australia and have not reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following permanent Family Visas if you are inside of Australia.
the subclass 838 Aged Dependent Relative (Onshore) (Permanent) visa.
Are you outside Australia (Offshore)?
If you are outside of Australia and have reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following permanent Family Visas.
the subclass 114 Aged Dependent Relative (Offshore) (Permanent) visa.
If You Have Not Reached The Pension Age.
f you have not reached the Australian pension age (currently 67 years old), you may be able to apply for the following Permanent Relative Visas
the subclass 114 Aged Dependent Relative (Offshore) (Permanent) visa.
Remaining Relative Visas
If you are a remaining relative of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen you may be able to apply for the following visas.
the subclass 115 Remaining Relative (Offshore) visa, or
the subclass 835 Remaining Relative (Onshore) visa.
Carer Visas
If you are the (or a willing to become) a carer of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen you may be able to apply for the following visas.
the subclass 116 Carer (Offshore) visa or,
the subclass 836 Carer (Onshore) visa.
Australian Permanent Child and Orphan Visas
The following permanent visas are available to the relatives of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens if they are under 18 and or a dependent child.
Are you in Australia (Onshore)?
If you are inside of Australia and are a dependent child then you maybe able to apply for the following permeant family visas.
the subclass 802 Child Residence visa or,
the subclass 445 Dependent child visa.
Are you outside of Australia (Offshore)?
If you are outside of Australia and are a dependent child then you maybe able to apply for the following permeant family visas.
the subclass 101 Child Migrant visa or,
the subclass 445 Dependent Child visa.
If you are under 18 and orphan or are being adopted by and Australian citizen then you may be able to apply for the following visas.
the subclass 117 Orphan Relative visa or,
the subclass 102 Adoption visa.
